As successful Mortgage Brokers he and his wife Diane are constantly evaluating their marketing efforts so they only do those things that produce results.
How do they do this? They use the Traffic Signal analogy! It makes sense if you’re looking to Maximize your $’s and time in Marketing your business.
the Action Plan….
Green means Start doing more of the things that are producing results
Yellow means Continue only those things that work
Red means Stop the things that don’t work.
While this may seem simple, it’s not always done because it requires doing 2 things:
1.Track your Marketing efforts and their results.
2. Review your results on a regular basis.
