Beca has been a passionate fan of Ali Lassen’s Leads Club since 1980 when she met founder Ali Lassen and became the first Executive Director of Leads in Southern California. During the time she ran Ali Lassen’s Leads Club in CA the club was responsible for providing over half of her clients for her Financial Planning business.

Now she and her husband and business partner, Del Piper, work together to build and support Ali Lassen’s Leads Club (in CT) (in ID). They also combine their skills as Life and Financial Planning Coaches to fulfill their purpose of helping others “Design Excellent Lives.” They are national known speakers on The Shift® Principles and in their Life Coaching Practice integrate spiritual principles with practical financial planning.

Beca is the author of numerous books and articles, including A Woman’s ABC’s of Life from Those Who Learned The Hard Way. Her latest book Living in Grace: The Shift to Spiritual Perception outlines their complete system of The Shift®. In addition Beca writes a bi-monthly ezine and articles for numerous organizations and websites. She has also written a series of children’s fables and she and Del are working on a book about their Seeking Home.

Before co-founding The Shift Center® and joining the financial industry she received a Master’s Degree in Dance from UCLA and ran a successful dance school and company while raising her three children.
