  1. Bring in a New Member to your Chapter or any Chapter in the Leads Club system. The International Headquarters must receive their Registration Fee and a completed Membership Application.
  2. Save $12.00! Make a 6 month discounted fee payment. You can submit payment to your Chapter Team or through our convenient online payment form.
  3. All Leadership Team Members with a signed Leadership Team Agreement on file with the International Headquarters.
  4. All Ambassadors and Chapter Consultants with a signed agreement on file with the International Headquarters.
  5. If none of these options are a fit, you can submit a one time payment of $25.00.

All links stay live as long as you are a Member in good standing*.
